Origen
Nacimiento del proyecto
Novorésumé comenzó en 2014 cuando Andrei, Cristian y Stefan se dieron cuenta de un problema muy común entre varios de sus contactos. A pesar de tener una amplia experiencia laboral y unas habilidades impresionantes, estas personas no sabían mostrar su talento mediante un currículum profesional y una carta de presentación. Viendo una oportunidad para ayudar a las personas en su búsqueda de trabajo, los tres unieron fuerzas para explorar posibles soluciones como parte de un proyecto universitario.
Idea
Al combinar sus respectivas formaciones en tecnología, marketing y diseño, a los tres se les ocurrió la idea de crear una herramienta online intuitiva que simplificara la posibilidad de crear un currículum llamativo.
Resultado
Después de un riguroso proceso de desarrollo y pruebas, el resultado fue un generador de currículums online que combina funcionalidad y estética para maximizar las posibilidades de los usuarios de conseguir entrevistas de trabajo. La aplicación se lanzó por primera vez en febrero de 2016, y rápidamente llamó la atención internacional después de aparecer en Times, Forbes y Business Insider.

Siempre hemos creído que la creación conjunta con usuarios y reclutadores es la clave de nuestro éxito. Al solicitar la retroalimentación de ambos grupos, nos aseguramos que las necesidades de los usuarios y los reclutadores se alineen continuamente con nuestros productos. Esto no sólo nos permite mejorar la aplicación actual, sino que ha dado lugar a varias ideas para productos y servicios adicionales.
